SWIMMING POOL:

There is a fenced pool with a pergola, cafe lights, and antique iron furniture on the property. To turn on the cafe lights, stand on a chair to plug in both strands. Unplug after use. Extra bulbs are in the storage pantry.

Please be aware:

There isn’t a lock on the pool gate.

No Lifeguard is on duty.

Swim at your own risk.

No diving.

A U.S. Coast Guard approved pool ring is located on the fence. Please do not use this as a pool toy.

FENCES and GATES:

Please respect the fence line. Keep gates as you found them.

2 acre Pond and 2 fishing boats

Oars are located in the garage.

No Lifeguard is on duty.

Fish and swim at your own risk.

2 CAR GARAGE and BARNDOMINIUM

You are welcome to park your cars in the garage. The barndominium has 2 rooms, a kitchenette, a half bath, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.

There is a large trash can that is kept in the garage. Put sealed bags of trash in cans.

FIRE PIT

Be overly safe and responsible if you use the outdoor fire pit. Firewood is provided for your enjoyment. Only burn fires in the fire pit. Guests are responsible to know local fire bans and laws. Check this website before you start the fire pit: https://www.ac-oem.com/burn-ban-in-effect

Webber Grill

Gas is plumbed into the fixture- requires a lighter to ignite flame.
